Pre-order Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing a pre-order with Furnsmart Enterprise ("we," "us," or "the Company") for items that are not yet available for immediate shipment, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Order Commitment and Payment
  • Pre-orders require full payment at checkout to reserve your item.
  • Once an order is submitted and paid, it cannot be canceled or changed unless the item is not available for pre-order due to supply shortages, damaged or lost during the logistic process.
3. Shipping and Delivery Estimates
  • All pre-orders are estimated to arrive 3-6 weeks after order is placed.
  • While we strive to ship by this date, shipping bottlenecks and customs delays may occur.
  • We will notify you via email if the estimated shipping date changes significantly.
4. Combined Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order Items)

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to supply shortages.
  • If a product is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method.
