Q. Can I order items which are not available in-stock or does not appear in the website?

A. Yes, some items can be directly pre-ordered from our website. If the item that you want does not appear in our website or there is no pre-order option to select, you may contact us at +673 328 9866 (KB) or +673 223 2986 (Kiulap) to request for quotation of the items that you would like to pre-order.

Q. Do you accept payment by installments?

A. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer purchase by installments.

Q. Do you provide assembly services?

A. Yes, we provide assembly services. Please select the assembly option when making purchase. Kindly note that we do not fix items to walls directly. 

Q. How much do you charge for assembly?

A. The charges normally range from $5 BND to $50 BND depending on the complexity and time required to assemble the item. Kindly check with us if you would like to find out more about the assembly charges for a specific product.
